These modern house box with a simple rectangular shape with white walls, 24th Street House looks like a giant gift box. Kent 24th designed by Steve Kent Architect and located in Santa Monica, this residence seems sprung out of a postal card. The contrast between the front and back of this building is striking. The front (facing the street) seems to reveal a cold, concrete home, deprived of an expansive personality. While the back (overlooking the pool) shows the true nature of this spacious crib filled with energy. Each room faces the pool and has a interesting design. Beautiful art works are present, turning this home into a very happy living space.
