This extraordinary library building, more than 10,000 books belonging to the architect and his wife, a scholar of Japanese history. Scholarly library was designed by architect Peter Gluck and is located in the Catskill Mountains, northwest of New York, USA. You can use the concept of students on the run as a 20 foot cube filled with knowledge. While the basement has no windows as it was built specifically for storing books, the upper level is open to the inspiring natural surroundings. The large windows offer a panoramic view of the surrounding forests and help create an attractive haven, perfect for study and relaxation. There is enough space in the studio beautiful enough, a comfortable sofa, work space and bookshelves. (Photos by Paul Warchol)
